Kenyan coffees are strong, powerful and intensely-flavoured coffee with a sharp acidity, winey with a dark cocoa syrup rich finish. Kenyan coffee is ideal for many of the slow-brewing methods such as plunger, stovetop and Aeropress, where they will show higher flavours. However, they also work very well in espresso extraction. Acidity is medium to high, full bodied, aromas of spice, cocoa and blackcurrant.
